Orleana Waters

Located at the gateway to the Barossa Valley is South Australia’s master planned community, Orleana Waters at Evanston Gardens. The community includes an array of lakes, ponds and water bodies with picturesque reserves around which people can build their dream home. Orleana Waters appeals to first, second and third home buyers with a variety of villages, land sizes and home living options to choose from including premium homes with water views, to innovative terrace homes that that offera desirable and affordable option. On completion, Orleana Waters will consist of an anticipated 640 home sites and be home to an expected 2,000 residents.***

Riverstone Rise

In 2011, Devine unveiled plans for a $1.4 billion master planned community, Riverstone Rise, located on the Boyne River in the rapidly growing central Queensland city of Gladstone.  The 496 hectare master planned community includes over 128 hectares dedicated to reserves, open spaces, parklands and playgrounds; while four kilometres of the site borders the Boyne River, providing fantastic views and great recreational opportunities for residents. As Gladstone's first truly master planned  community, Riverstone Rise will comprise of an anticipated 2,900 home sites and become home to some 7,500 residents while providing amenity such as a childcare centre, a retail hub, a medical centre, a future primary school and river facilities to complement the 4.2km river frontage.***

Hamilton Harbour

Brisbane’s $500 million riverside precinct, Hamilton Harbour is a unique mixed use development under a joint venture between the Devine Group and Leighton Properties. It is delivering on the objective to create a riverside precinct where people can live, work and play. Hamilton Harbour has cemented itself as one of the most successful mixed use developments in Brisbane with three residential towers comprising 660 apartments enjoying uninhibited views. In keeping to its true form of a mixed use development, Hamilton Harbour features five floors of commercial office space and a retail precinct that includes a variety of trendy cafes, restaurants and bars, a fitness centre and retail convenience.


Stonehill is a new master planned community rising above Bacchus Marsh in Victoria. Devine has embarked on a journey with joint venture partners, The Gull Group, to develop the $800 million master planned community where new residents are able to settle into a well-connected and established town taking advantage of quality home sites at attractive prices. Stonehill is playing a major role in meeting demand for more affordable housing options and amenity just outside of Melbourne. Upon completion, Stonehill’s anticipated 3,000 residents will enjoy parks, lush open spaces, bike and walking trails. Stonehill is set to become a lively new neighbourhood within an already active township representing excellent value in today’s competitive market.***

DoubleOne 3

Set over eight levels and comprising 111 apartments with secure car parks, DoubleOne 3 occupies an enviable location in Teneriffe, Brisbane. With Teneriffe’s strong price growth, record low vacancy rates and limited release of new stock, apartment living has grown more popular with buyers seeking a convenient lifestyle that offers great recreational, shopping and entertainment opportunities. DoubleOne 3 Apartments achieved strong presales support with locals and investors who eagerly purchased within the project. DoubleOne 3 completed construction and commenced property settlements in mid-2014.
