Central Park

A $200-Million residential showpiece at Central Park comprises a cosmopolitan mix of housing around a series of communal parks and facilities. The master planned community is built on a 44-hectare site, 20 kilometres west of the Melbourne GPO. The land yields 619 dwellings on lots ranging from 375sqm to 700sqm harmonising with the existing environment and offering an unprecedented choice of accommodation styles to meet the area's pent-up housing demand. Central Park incorporates landscaped gardens, tree-lined streets, and three community reserves containing such features as barbecue facilities, park furniture, children's playgrounds and grassed areas for active and passive recreation.

333 Ann Street

333 Ann Street Brisbane is Devine Limited’s A-Grade commercial office building strategically located within the heart of the Brisbane CBD, situated walking distance from both central services and amenities. The building has achieved a 4.5 star Australia Building Greenhouse rating in addition to its 4 star Green Star rating. The building is 24 storeys high and features over 16,700m2 of net lettable area. The building also includes over 90 onsite undercover secure parking bays, as well as over a 130 bicycle parks. Construction of the building was completed in June 2008 by Devine’s internal construction division – 2 months ahead of the forecast scheduled completion. The building was pre-sold prior to construction being finalised – and was purchased and funded by Domaine SEQ Property Trust.

ICB Central

ICB Central was developed by Devine Limited as an inner city business centre in late 2008. The project was constructed by Devine’s internal construction division and is located in the vibrant commercial precinct of Herston - less than 3km from the Brisbane CBD. The project features over 11,000m2 of net lettable area and includes over 140 onsite car parking spaces. The project is designed to PCA A-Grade standard with a premium level of finishes and a 4.5 star Australian Building Greenhouse rating. Construction on the project commenced in September 2007 and was completed in late August the following year - several months ahead of schedule and under the forecast budget. The project also had the advantage of obtaining a 90% leasing commitment from Qld Health, and was pre-sold to and funded by Domaine SEQ Property Trust to the end value of $75.4 million.

Victoria Point

Completed in 2006 and rising to 150 metres in height, the $338 million Victoria Point is a landmark of sophistication in apartment living on Melbourne Docklands. Australia's most stylish urban renewal development is just minutes from the heart of the city's CBD and world renowned entertainment, cultural, and shopping and is the main driver for people to purchase apartments in this area. Festival Towers

Stunning design, its location and cutting edge technology launched Devine Limited's Festival Towers to the forefront of stylish CBD Brisbane city. Completed in 2006, the $157 million Festival Towers is just two blocks from one of Australia's best capital city malls, the famous Treasury Casino and the city's riverfront Botanic Gardens - and just a short stroll from Queensland University of Technology and Griffith University at South Bank Parklands.

Casino Towers

Completed in 2005 and positioned in one of Brisbane City's key heritage and lifestyle districts, the $91 million Casino Towers sets the standard in successfully encapsulating all the finest elements of inner city living. Residents enjoy the unparalleled river and city views, strolling through the city's Botanic Gardens or across the river to the South Bank beach, taking advantage of the nearby shopping, entertainment and cafe precincts, or simply relaxing in the Queensland sun by the 25-metre pool. River City Apartments

These city apartments come with sensational views by day and breathtaking views by night. This is city living at its best. Completed in 2003, overlooking the Brisbane River and the CBD, the $71 million River City Apartments introduced a whole new class of city style and convenience with a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments offering a level of decor and quality features and fittings usually reserved for homes costing much more. Each city apartment boasts large panoramic windows and balconies averaging twenty square metres to complement Queensland's sub-tropical climate and alfresco lifestyle. River Place

Completed in 2003, this is one of Brisbane's most exciting absolute riverfront addresses, right in the heart of the city. The river and city views are spectacular and the $123 million River Place has views over not just one, but two reaches of the Brisbane River. The Summit

In the district voted Australia's 5th most desirable in 2006 and with the delights of the Adelaide Hills surrounding, is Devine's master planned community, The Summit at Mt Barker.  Just 35 minutes from Adelaide, serviced by a direct bus link, Mt Barker is an easy commute for city workers. Arndell at Truganina in Victoria confirmed Devine’s development credentials as one of Australia’s Top 5 Residential Developers, by delivering a true master planned community. An innovative land swap with council saw Devine develop a 55 hectare piece of land into a $160 million master planned community. Devine integrated a community centre, pavilion, onsite childcare centre and primary school facilities into the heart of the community creating more value for all stakeholders.  With 40 per cent of the community dedicated to parkland and open spaces, Arndell has successfully revitalised Truganina into a superb example of planning and clever execution. Arndell was awarded Best Residential Development by Victoria’s Urban Development Institute of Australia in 2011.

Nautical Edge

Devine is represented strongly in the Gold Coast’s fast growing suburb of Coomera with its Nautical Edge community. It features 3 precincts. The first, 'Edgewater' released in December 2005, followed later by second precinct 'Sea Green' then third precinct 'Nautical Edge'. SeaGreen features two storey, two and three-bedroom terraces which were popular with buyers. The Nautical Edge community sits alongside the proposed Coomera Town Centre and is just 3km from the Coomera Railway Station and the Gold Coast Marina. Brisbane CBD is 40 minutes north, and Surfers Paradise 20 minutes south with fast road and electric rail services.
