Mode - QLD

Comprising 157 apartments over 12 levels Mode Apartments occupies an enviable location within Brisbane’s Newstead riverside regeneration precinct. Arndell - VIC

Arndell at Truganina in Victoria confirmed Devine’s development credentials in Melbourne, by delivering a true master planned community. An innovative land swap with council saw Devine develop a 55 hectare piece of land into a $160 million master planned community. Devine integrated a community centre, pavilion, onsite childcare centre and primary school facilities into the heart of the community creating more value for all stakeholders. With 40 per cent of the community dedicated to parkland and open spaces, Arndell has successfully revitalised Truganina into a superb example of planning and clever execution. Arndell was awarded Best Residential Development by Victoria's Urban Development Institute of Australia in 2011.

Waverly Parks - QLD
